Creative Art Therapy Workshop
About the course
This therapy group takes place on the last Friday of the month at 5 pm (EST). Each session can be registered for independently and involves 3-4 creative therapy prompts selected to stimulate contemplation and reflection, discover yourself authentic self on a deeper level, and improve your well-being. You will be encouraged to engage with art (sketching, coloring, painting, etc.), sculpting, writing (poetry, inner child work, reflection), music, and more.
